BCM for Government of Canada (FED BCM)

A four day virtual classroom interaction providing the required methodology for developing Canadian Government mandated programs. -aligned with the 2019 Policy on Government Security.


Business Continuity IMS

A two day virtual classroom interaction focusing on integrating ICS principles with BCM. Designed to improve decision making and emergency response for your organization.


Exercising the Plan

An exercise is a simulated event, in which team members perform the tasks that would be expected of them in a real incident. We offer three levels of Exercise training.

Incident Command System

This standardized management system is used to organize a scalable response to emergency incidents of any magnitude. We offer four levels of ICS/IMS training. 


Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

The BIA is the process used to define BCM requirements for all services and activities based on the potential impacts of disruption. We offer two levels of BIA training.


Business Continuity Management (BCM)

BCM is a process that helps to ensure continuation of time critical services.  We offer an intro to BCM concepts and two levels of training on implementing a BCM program.


Crisis Management /

We offer an introduction to crisis management (CM 100) and two Emergency Operations Centre workshops (EOC 100 & EOC 200). Be proactive - Mitigate Risk!


Facility Emergency Planning

Explore current legislation including the Canada Labour Code, OSH Regulations, applicable fire codes, and best methods to implement the procedures.


Basic Emergency Management (BEM)
