An interactive workshop that provides basic techniques and tools for planning, managing and evaluating table top exercises.

Anyone who in interested in understanding how emergency and business continuity exercises are designed and managed.

A virtual classroom interaction held over two days. (3 hrs each day)

ADVANCED TABLETOP EXERCISING (TTX 200)
This workshop provides knowledge and confidence to design, conduct, and evaluate tabletop exercises.
Includes:
• Comprehensive tabletop exercise project planning tools
• Scenario and inject development
• Briefing and debriefing
• Reporting
AUDIENCE
Business continuity and emergency management coordinators, exercise design team members, exercise facilitation team members
DURATION
A three day virtual classroom interaction. (Half day in class for knowledge and skills development, and additional time between classes to complete independent work.)
PRICE
$1050 +HST includes student reference text, tools and templates, workshops and knowledge checks. Successful participants are awarded a course completion certificate.
BEYOND THE TABLETOP EXERCISE (TTX 300)
This workshop provides additional knowledge and confidence to design, conduct, and evaluate tabletop and full-scale exercises. A business continuity or emergency management program can stall when an organization invests time and money on exercising and yet fails to gather meaningful feedback from players. You will be provided with practical tricks for designing participant tools that maximize actionable recommendations and construct an engaging report.
