To support her emergency management and business continuity responsibilities, Lisa is certified at the ABCP level by DRI CANADA and has completed the 400 level of ICS certification. She is widely respected for her in-depth knowledge of the design, facilitation and evaluation of business continuity and emergency plan exercises and tests. Lisa joined Vanguard EMC in 2007 and over the ensuing years has worked through all the company administrative and consulting positions with enthusiasm and a strong customer focus. She currently serves as President of DRIE Ottawa and as Secretary/Privacy Officer, Director Ontario Region for DRI CANADA.

Cynthia Wenn, CBCP CBCA Vice President of Operations View Cynthia Wenn's profile on LinkedIn Cynthia has over seventeen years of experience in risk management and business continuity planning. She spent several years underwriting a broad range of business risks while obtaining her Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation. In 2003, she joined Cognos Inc. and became responsible for leading, conceptualizing and advancing their risk management and business continuity initiatives. Cynthia joined the Vanguard team offically in 2010 as the business development manager. Currently, she serves as Vice President of Operations and provides plan and program development for many key Vanguard clients on business continuity and emergency management projects. Cynthia has a passion for table top and simulation exercises and often delivers training for our FEDBCM and ICS courses. She has obtained the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), the Certified Business Continuity Auditor (CBCA) and the Incident Command 400 level designation.
