    How long in advance do I need to sign-up for a public training course/workshop?

    To ensure your spot please register for our public courses at least three weeks in advance. Discounts of 10% apply if you register and pay at least a month before the course date.

    Is online training available?

    We use virtual conferencing to offer all our one day courses in the comfort of your own office. Public dates are posted on our training page. In-house virtual trainings are available to groups of up to 20 participants. Only ICS-100 is offered on demand.

    Why do we need an internal exercise design team?
    A.

    While we are experts in exercise design and execution, your team members provide insider knowledge. A realistic exercise must be routed in a strong understanding of the organization.

    How much does a project cost?

    When we present you a proposal, we include an estimate of the number of days required to complete the project based on our experience and your requirements. We charge only for the actual hours used when less than the projected cost.

    Are travel costs in addition to your fees?
    A.

    When we provide a quote, travel costs are outlined and an estimate is provided in your proposal. We use remote work techniques whenever possible. Travel costs are dependent on the requirement for onsite work at your facilities. When travel is required, you will be asked to preapprove all travel expenses. Any work done in the National Capital Region is exempt from travel costs.
